Unknown part pop up

Hello the other day I got a Asurion replacement phone from a iPhone 7 to a iPhone XS and had no problems until about 15 min ago I was using my phone like I always do then I got a notification saying unknown part for my battery this is a brand new phone so I have no clue why its doing this I wanna say I got it last week or 2 weeks ago and it does not show a charge icon in the top right

It has not suffered any falls or any damages
