Logitech circle view camera issue with Apple Homekit on iPhone 13 pro

I have an iPhone 13 pro (running OS 15.3.1) and also have 7 Logitech circle view cameras (running firmware 8.2.64).

I have had the cameras for quite a while and they have generally performed well.

Recently, since Ive had the iPhone 13, the live feed in apple HomeKit has not been updating. If I view through my iMac and iPad Pro you see the live feed update every 10 secs or so. But not on my iPhone 13 pro for some reason.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the cameras, one by one and this does not fix the problem. I have strong wifi, running through a Linksys mesh network.

Unless anyone here can offer advice I guess I will have to try the Logitech help system which is not particularly customer facing and user friendly.

hoping someone can help.

Hi MarkTaylorHants,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We understand the live feed for your HomeKit accessory is not updating on your iPhone 13, however its updating on your iPad and Mac. Let's see how we can help.

You've taken great steps already. We'd also suggest power cycling your HomeKit device (unplugging and plugging it back in) and all devices its connected to; your iPad, Mac and iPhone. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your iPhone settings, as well as iCloud and iCloud Keychain.

If the issue continues, please work with Apple Support directly as well: Get Support

Best regards.
