How do I fix giant display on my series 7.

My series seven has normal display until I lift it then display mangnifies greatly with just one character visible. Cannnot restart as slider will not show.

The easiest way is to open the Apple Watch App on your iPhone. Tap My watch, bottom left, then tap Accessibility and turn Zoom off.
