Macbook Pro: Account Locked and asking for recovery key

My Macbook Pro is currently locked and I am stumped where I could get my Recovery Key.

There are support articles some may be better than others..

that can give instruction or at least fairly good how to ideas.

"When you generate a recovery key, you can't use account recovery.

Account recovery is a process that would otherwise help you get back

into your Apple ID account when you don’t have enough information
