Can’t make calls on iPhone 13

When I try to make a phone call my iPhone 13 says "call failed. "I went into settings and looked at call forwarding which I do not use by the way, it did not have a toggle and was just twirling. I reset to factory settings, airplane mode is not on etc.

iPhone 13 call failed Is anyone doing anything about the iPhone 13 Pro Max not being able to make phone calls? I know three people with the exact same phone and all three of us cannot make phone calls about 30 to 40% of the time. Please do not send me another article on how to turn it onto airplane mode, change the Sim card, restart the phone, or wipe out my entire network settings. I have done every single one of these things, and nothing works. I run my business through this phone, and I see nothing being done about this problem. Can someone please please help?

Call forwarding spinning wheel I suddenly can’t make calls and receive calls. I noticed that my call forwarding doesn’t have a sliding button, it’s on its spinning wheel. I’m getting frustrated bc it seems my phone turned useless since it can’t be use in calling but I can still receive texts tho. I tried restarting, I am not on dnd and airplane mode too. My device is 11 pro max. What should I do?
