My iPad is having random lines and dots when using apps

Hello. My iPad is having these random lines and dots when I use the notability app, one note app or the normal apple notes built in app. I’ve tried everything including replacing the screen protector, case checking with another Apple Pencil and what not. I have also tried keeping my finger to reduce static but then again even if it did solve the issue what’s the point if it’s going to be inconvenient. I don’t live in the United States but I got my iPad from Chicago. I hope someone can help me with this as being a college student, I use my iPad on the daily and I need it to work.

You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have both your iPad and your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.

Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.

Use the Hardware Repair and Device Performance support categories.

OR

by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.

Hey,

I have encounter the same problem many times. I have changed the whole iPad, changed the Apple Pencil and bought new tips. It still occurs.

But I recently found the solution for mine. After turning on what ever I needed for palm rejection, I would just need to use my other hand that is not writing and place it on the metal parts (the corners) of the iPad. I guess the iPad just has grounding issues.

Try it and see how it goes.
