blue tooth driver compatibility

I have a Lenovo Windows Desktop running 64 bit OS. I am using a Generic USB Blue Tooth radio manufactured by Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd. Every time I run iTunes, the BT driver gets corrupted. In device manager properties there is the message: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19). I can uninstall the BT then re-install it then the BT will run again. I can not run the BT and iTunes at the same time. Have tried updateing driver through device manager but it seems to install the same driver from Microsoft. Driver Ver. 10.0.19041.1387, Driver date: 6/21/2006. Does anyone know of a better driver?
