iPad that I am trying to set up for employee.

I have an older iPad not used, no idea what I used for Apple ID and Password when set up years ago. I reset the software but cannot access without the knowledge above.

The iPad is Activation Locked.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support


As the article indicates, if you have proof of purchase documents, you may start a support request.
