Ripping a CD

I am trying to rip Adele's CD 30 Album, the rip button is greyed.

How can I rip the cd to enable me to play the .mp4 file in my car.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for importing a CD into iTunes. It sounds like button is greyed out.

Be sure you are following: Import songs from CDs into iTunes on PC.

Do other CDs import?

Is iTunes updated: Update iTunes on PC?
