Sudden Dark Mode Issue with Chrome

Hi, only when using Chrome - I noticed today that quite a few websites aren't displaying properly - all print is darkened out or - if typing in a white box - appear as white and can't be read unless you highlight what you had written. At first I thought this was a Chrome issue, so turned dark mode off, but that didn't do anything.


Then I went to the Mac dark mode, turned that off and everything worked properly but was WA

Y too bright to use.


I'm on the latest version of Monterey, 12.2.1. I can't be the only person with this issue.
