Activity Rings

Hi,

My Apple Watch series 5 (has watchOS 8.4.2) has recently started saying I’m closing my activity rings when I’m not and giving me awards for it. For example, last week my watch awarded me “perfect week: move” and the “perfect week: exercise” awards even though I had only closed my exercise and move ring on two days and my activity app showed they had only been closed 2/7 days. I have tried restarting the watch and my iPhone, but not sure what else to do.
