Iphone 13 keep boot looping/ turning apple logo screen

So my storage was full but i just upgraded my iCloud to 2 TB. However, while I was trying to backup my phone to iCloud, it turns off and went boot looping. I tried every methods online to fix it but it won't stop looping. When I eventually manage to get to home screen for few seconds, it went looping over and over again, or just going black screen with apple logo. This never happens to me before. What should I do and what would the apple store do if I go there.
