My Outbox has disappeared and I have a large file stuck in it.

Since I updated my software to Monterey my Mail Outbox is not visible. I tried to send a large file and it shows at the bottom of my Sidebar that it is trying to send it. However I have no way to edit the attachment because I can't access my Outbox. How do I get my Outbox back?
