iPad Pro + sandisk extreme 1tb drive
I'm having difficulty getting my iPad to see this external portable drive.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Chris.
Nope - not a spinning disk drive. 1TB SSD.
Figured it out. Had to install the software via Mac Mini first, then plug into iPad. Won't work with a hub.
Works fine plugged directly plugged into the iPad and shows up in files. Whew. :)

Is this a physical drive? In other words, is there a disk inside that drive that is spinning? It may be the iPad does not have the power to handle powering the drive and the iPad. You may need a powered hub to use to connect that device to the iPad.
Glad you found that out. Enjoy your devices.
