I did a erase all content and settings and now my mac boots to the internet recovery every time no matter what boot command i use, then it gets to about 75% done and shows -2003f which means something about losing internet connection but the connection is just fine.... please help!!!

It would be better to connect to the Router via an Ethernet Cable and avoid the Wifi connection which is iffy at best.
