Monitor Samsung UHD 4K 28UR55 doesn't wakeup when connected HDMI 2.0 to macbook pro 2020

Hi u all,

I've recently bought a Monitor Samsung UHD 4K 28UR55 but it doesn't wakeup when connected HDMI 2.0 to macbook pro 2020.

The old monitor (LACIE) instantaneously wake up when HDMI was connected to him but this one never does it.

I always have to manually wake it up with menu button on monitor and this is annoying.

In the monitor menu related to this it is activated the wakeup mode in AUTO mode but no results.

Any help?

You mentioned that this appears to be isolated to the Samsung monitor, as the old monitor doesn't experience this issue. To confirm, did you use the steps here to set it up: Samsung dual monitor setup with Windows or Mac
