When input monitoring in Logic Pro X the signal is not been passed to the stereo out

I am using a Mac mini for music production running Big Sur 11.6, I have a Focusrite Clarett 8 pre Thunderbolt using Focusrite Control 3.9.0.1978. Having spoke to Focusrite this morning and having had them remotely access my computer their seems to be an issue with Logic Pro X and input monitoring, with regards to not been able to monitor due to the signal from my audio track not been passed to the stereo out and then onto the master. Has anyone else had this problem and has anyone solved it? Cant monitor through the DAW using the audio effects, if you record arm and record everything is recorded but you do not hear anything other than the dry signal. On playback the effects have been recorded. Tried to use Garage band and the input monitoring works in that DAW.
