Remove gif search on apple watch

I'm afraid my child can search inappropriate images via the gif search function on their apple watch. Is there a way this can be disabled similar to what can be done on iPhone?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve turned on every restriction imaginable and that is still an option on his watch.
