Silent Mode wont turn off

I just updated my iphone 11 Pro to iOS 15.3.1 and a suggestion came up to turn silent mode to avoid unwanted calls. I turned it on. Now I can't get it turned off. Switch on the side is in the off position. (New feature Focus) is set to off and not on silent in personal, work and Do Not Disturb. All are off. Calls are still going to silent. Does anyone know how to turn this off? I've tried restarting my phone as well. HELP.

Make sure Silent mode is off: How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode - Apple Support.
Make sure Focus is off: Turn a Focus on or off on iPhone - Apple Support.
Make sure Silence Unknown Callers is off: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and try again.

If you still have issues, contact your carrier: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support.

I have got the same problem with my Phone. Nothing helps. Apple Support - what is the workaround? URGENT!

It appeared after upgrade to 15.3.1 !!!
