Flagged messages not showing in inbox

Are you using " Use Column Layout " ?

If so in the " Subject " HEADER Right click the word Subject and a secondary Menu will appear. Then Enable Flags.

Notation: the Flag should appear much like in iOS at the End of the e-mail

As a little addition to what has been said already:

a) if using Column Layout, control-click anywhere in the column headers and enable the Flags column; you can then simply drag the columns to whichever order you like

b) if not using Column Layout, flags appear on the right, under the time and date
