One of my AirPods Pro is really quiet. I already tryed resetting and doing the audio balance but nothing worked

Two Things:

A. Wiggle them around all little bit.

B. Check the App:

Whichever app you are using, note that some apps have their own volume settings. So, make sure that nothing is getting in the way on the app's volume seeings.
