touchbar

macbook pro touch bar not working. It wasn't working when I just bought it and opened the shipping box. service is not showing. What can I do?

My Macbook Pro 13 Screen goes black when extended over about 80 degrees My macbook pro13 worked with no problems yesterday, but when I waked up it today, the screen was black. I closed the screen and reopened it slowly, it shows everything, but when it was extended further to like 80 degrees or more, it went black completely. Touch bar still works, but nothing is shown on the screen. I googled and asked my friends, they said some series Macbook pro have this problem because of the design shortage resulted from touch bar. I found there is a program called "13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program", I am wondering if my mac has the same problem. Is this the service can solve my Mac issue? Thank you, Karen

My touch bar is not working My touch bar is not working from many time, and i also did not try anything now i am frustrated

Random Static on TouchBar MBP M1, 2020, Monterey 12.6 Suddenly, TouchBar started to display random static when turning on and waking up. static fade away. Touch Bar still responsive. Sometimes, the problem disappears and Touch Bar display and functionality return to normal. But the problem re-appears as soon as the computer wakes up from sleep. Updated system, all softwares. Complete shut down of the computer did not resolve the issue. Re-installing MacOs did not resolve the problem. Stopping the TouchBar Server and control strip from activity monitor and terminal did not solve the problem. There are no authorized Apple service provider where I am now.
