New Apple ID is not active
I recently joined a new company and was provided with a brand new Macbook. The company uses MDM software to manage their devices, however, doesn't make use of Managed Apple IDs.
I'm not sure if this is the recommended procedure, but every time I join a new company, I create an ID with the company email. This way I'm able to install software from the App Store while avoiding using my personal Apple ID on a managed computer.
I've done the same this time, but the Apple ID became inactive after a few days and now I'm not able to log in, install or update any software from the App Store.
Any idea on why it became inactive and what I could try to solve this issue?
