How about helping my find my Original Apple ID so I can use my credit card that I hand been holding for 3 months now

I have an Apple credit card. I can’t add it to my wallet because apparently I used a different Apple ID when I originally signed in. I called for help but they say that is a security feature. Never thought I would hand a card I can’t access because of a security feature they put on it. How stupid. I have called customer service numerous times, updated my phone etc and NOTHING.

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.
