Lost credit card and don’t have the CVV code can’t update anything

how can I update my CC on file without having the old CVV code??

You can't. Ask the company that issued you the card to put a freeze on the lost card and to issue you a new card.

Unable to edit payment method My existing account has a credit card that was lost.
