When i answer or make call from Mac it always fails with message "Call failed". Try again button leads to the same result. The incoming call on iPhone is marked as missed.
I tried turn off handsoff on both deviced/restart / turn on. it helped for a couple of calls, and then the same problem.

Try clicking System Preferences > Notifications & Focus. If a Focus is enabled there, try disabling it temporarily and test to see if that helps: Turn a Focus on or off on Mac

it doesn't work
You mean Focus tab? There are two options here% do not do not disturb and sleep. Both are disabled
