Can anyone make this work: To turn off a data source so that it doesn't contribute any more data for that category, tap the checkmark next to the source.

Open the Health app and tap on the category that you wish to edit the data source. For example, choose VITALS and then BLOOD PRESSURE (If you record this) and then scroll down to Data Sources & Access and tap on it. Tap on EDIT at top right. You will see where the current check mark is and you can make the necessary changes. Press DONE at top right when action is completed.
