Hi I’ve deleted my Macintosh hd file when I go into disk utility all I can see are disk images no internal drives st all and when I try download is I can’t because there is no drive for it to go on. Could you help me?

Will doing this harm it anymore ( I know I’ve already harmed it 😂)
