iPad screen stain
i have an ipad fron 2014 or 2016 and ive dropped multiple times, but the last time i dropped it got some sort of black stain on the screen. Is it still salvageable?

It looks like it's permanently damaged, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
