External monitor on Macbook air M1

Hello,

I have a Macbook air 2020 M1, 16GB ram. macOS 12.2.1 .I plugged in an external monitor (Xiaomi Mi Curved Gaming VA WQHD FreeSync 34") with an "Anker" hub with HDMI cable (4K 30hz - I'm waiting for the new cable from amazon...).

  1. When the Macbook is turning on (and the monitor too), the Macbook recognize the monitor and change its resolution to the monitor resolution (the monitor is the main monitor and it's all mirroring), but the monitor is stuck on "white snow screen". Just after I'm changing the port on the monitor it's mirroring the Macbook screen. It's not problem with the connector because it's occurs on both connectors (HDMI 1/2) and with another HDMI cable, I must say that my friend has exactly the same monitor and the same "Anker" hub (same Macbook air) with the same problems... the mirroring is eventually working well, but every "waking up" it's happening.
  2. When I'm trying to change the refresh rate, I don't even have the option in the display setting.

Adding pictures of the problems...

Thank you all!
