I buy secondhand iphone

I was buy aftermarket iPhone se2020 in telegram akp and when I switch on its was locked 🔐 from owner.

It's in Riga Latvia. How I can give back phone to owner because I understand that guy ho sold to my was stolen from real owner but I don't now that when buy.

I hope you help me connect to real owner . I don't need stolen phone and I understand. How people owner is sad because someone stole .

Return it or recycle it responsibly. You could turn it in to the police too.
