Session

I had a scheduled session for my new a iPad set up. The time came for my meeting and they tell me it won’t use my cell number. I don’t have a land line. It’s says computer but where do I go to get the session on my computer?

online session for help with new phone I was scheduled for a 30 minute session for help with my new phone. Followed the directions, had PC up and my cell nearby. Upon logging in a pop up said onlyPC for assistance but no website given. I promply logged ontoApple Support with Apple ID and was taken to this Communit forum, meanwhile my session has expired. If I reshedule this session, what website ddo I use? should be better info.
