I just had a quick question. If my MacBook Air is already connected to my Apple ID (the same one as my iPhone is connected to), will I receive notification to my phone when my MacBook Air logs in to my Apple ID? I already have it as an authorized device.

If you enabled Two-factor authentication for Apple ID, then Apple will send an authorization request to all your authorized devices (your iPhone, for example). That only happens once (but read • below), after which you will no longer be notified or asked for authorization.
Otherwise, no, you won't be notified.
