Could not sign in, Authentication failed, App Store, Media & Purchases iPhone 12

Hi,

I’ve noticed today that I can’t download any app from App Store on my iPhone 12. Once I wrote my password then it kept asking me to login again and again without any luck. I also noticed that I can’t access Media & Purchases as it shows Off- once I pressed it shows “Signing to Apple Media Services” and ends up with “Could not sign in Authentication failed”. I also can’t log in into Apple TV, Music… I think I’ve tried all option which people recommended in internet to do it and it still doesn’t work :(. I just can’t get it why I can access App Store, Apple TV etc form my iPads and MacBook Pro by using the same Apple ID the same Wi-Fi, hot spot whatever just not from the phone. I haven’t changed anything in my phone since last downloads from App Store (2 days ago).

I did:

-turn off/on the phone

-reset passwords

-reset network

-reset all settings

-checked time zone

-tried to connect to different Wi-Fi & cellular (but it works perfectly on any of it on my IPads and MacBook)

-cleared the App Store cache and restart the App Store

-checked if VPN is turned off

-checked my phone updates (now I have software version 15.3.1)

-checked the apple system status page

-sign out of my Apple ID and in

-changed Face ID

-checked available space ( is over 30GB)

and probably something else just don’t remember ;)

I’ll be very appreciate for help because this is very annoying.
