Scanner installation

When I try to install a new printer Kyocera M5526 cdw connected by WIFI, the printer is well install with Bonjour, but when I open the scan tab, I have the message "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)"

Is someone know what to do ?

I have a Mac book pro with Mac OS Monterey vers. 12.1

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.1

The Kyocera ECOSYS M5526cdw is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model with support for the driverless AirPrint technology. Are you using AirPrint (for printing)?


If scanner software from the printer manufacturer is installed, have you verified compatibility with macOS Monterey?


Often, scanning is possible through Image Capture, but a special driver may be required for the printer.
