If you open say the PhotoBooth App, does it not appear as an option in the Camera Menu?
Is it not an option when in a conference App, like FaceTime or Zoom?
If you go to Apple Menu->About This Mac->System Report->Hardware->Camera does it not appear there?
Try unplugging it, rebooting the Macs and the plugging it back in.

That would be a question for Cisco as its their Camera, and they would know the requirements for it.
However, I'd say Probably. Looks like its a standard USB web cam.
It should be detected and usable with macOS's universal drivers.
it used to work up until the last time I upgraded my OS. this camera is no longer support by cisco. it is a very old camera but a really good one. I have tried it on both my work and personal MacBook Pro with no success. any ideas?
