Studio Display (2022) will it work with AMD based PC with USB-C only?

Finally Apple released a more affordable display, but in typical Apple fashion is very chimpy on ports. Of course they designed it with a solely Apple eco system in mind. (Sigh)

Will the 2022 Studio Display (2022) work with an laptop (AMD based) that has only USB-C and not Thunderbolt?

AMD laptops still don't have thunderbolt. They have USB-C for display, charging and USB connectivity. Most desktop PC's with NVidia or AMD GPU's don't use USB-C for display connectivity at all. So I'm wondering if this Apple Studio Display (2022) will work with a PC. What about the web cam and speakers. I imagine it would work, just no AI features like center stage and siri.

I currently use two Dell display's with a single USB-C cable. The two monitors are daisy chained. I would love a Dell display type of features with multi port connectivity, USB hub (USB-A and USB-C ports), daisy chaining but with the Apple display panel. I find the apple displays in terms of visual quality are far superior to all the Dell, LG, Benq, Samsung offerings.
