That's my problem...

So many of my files are now, apparently, in iCloud synchronisation format but the original files cannot be opened : examples:

The document “FILE-NAME.mp4” could not be opened. QuickTime Player cannot open files in the “iCloud synchronisation file” format.

The document “FILE-NAME.key” could not be opened. Keynote cannot open files in the “iCloud synchronisation file” format.

Please help! Urgent.

How do I fix this issue?

We need to go over more details to figure out what steps will help.

Set up iCloud on your Mac and review the steps. Does this only happen with these specific file types?
