How to control "Load Content Directly in Mail"

I would like a keyboard shortcut to select the load button.

I believe it is the checkbox under privacy in Mail preferences that says:

Protect Mail activity

It seems like a good idea and I don't mind the effort it takes to click the button for messages I want fully loaded but I would also like to do that with a keyboard shortcut.

I haven't heard much about how others are dealing with the issue or is it something I checked and not used by most?

If every email you see: "Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately.”

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable “Protect Mail Activity” / “Hide IP address” / “Block all remote content” —content for the email will load automatically
