How to change back from text to imsgs

I am texting my sister, I had no problems with my iMessage until I accidentally pressed the 'send as text message' button. Now whenever I try to message her, It charges me and sends it in a green bubble instead of a blue one back to iMessage/blue bubbles but none have worked. I have tried every possible way to change it reset my imsgs, did the restart thing and deleted her number re-saved it and I even reset my network settings it still shows it to be greenhis is extremely urgent to me and i would love it if you could comment any possible way that could help.
