Okay this is a weird one. I've noticed that absolutely everything I type anywhere, be it in a browser, in Notes, or anywhere else, ends up in the search bar in Launchpad, including the text I'm typing right now, see screenshot below.
Yes, it includes passwords. I can see a huge confidentiality risk here.
Malware maybe? How can I get rid of that?

Does this occur after starting up in Safe Mode?
Consider the possibility of a third party software conflict. EtreCheck can be used to investigate what is installed. Give it Full Disk Access. You can post the report here. Someone might spot something.

After a reboot the glitch is gone.

You have many third party add-ons. Any one (or maybe some combination of them) could be the culprit. Hopefully it's just a one time (or rare) glitch.
