There is no Touch ID ‘button’ to turn on or off in the settings/security window

Want to access 1Password on my iPhone 5s by using Touch ID but there’s no Touch ID button to turn on or off in the Settings/ Security window, only shows

lock on exit, auto lock, Pin Code

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Its been a while since ios12 but I dont remember "Settings, Security"

This is from the ios manual online

First set up a pass ode if you have not already.

  1. go to Settings , Touch ID & Passcode.
  2. Turn on any of the options, then follow the onscreen instructions
