Under Screen Time (previously Parental control) In System Preferences of macOS there is an option to block the use of a few select apps, but also to limit the time any given app can be used.
The shortest time limit however is 1 minute.
Would anyone have a method to set that to zero minutes or, e.g. 1 second? (via the Terminal?)
(Alternatively completely block an app now not available to pick in the short list.)

You can set restrictions on certain apps with specific ratings. Here's how:
1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap Content Restrictions.3. Choose the settings that you want for each feature or setting under Allowed Store Content.

thank you for your kind reply.
I tried those settings and I think I got a hang of it.
However, the minimum time amount you can assign to a given app is 1 minute. If you set the counter to “0 hours, 0 minutes” the Done-button is greyed out.
Strange as it may sound I want to be able to set it to zero minutes.
It would be a method to make a certain app (in Utilities) never accessible.
Would you maybe have an alternative solution?
