The M1 Mac mini has an HDMI port, and you can use an adapter to go from the Mac mini's Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C port to whatever port the BenQ monitor has that you want to use, including DVI, Mini Display Port and even Thunderbolt 2 and Thunderbolt 3 if it has one.
