Typing Delay on iPad/iPhone When Using Cloud Notes App

Have been having a very bad delay every time I try to type on the notes app. Happens mostly with iPad, sometimes with iPhone. Per a different thread, I tried creating a note that is “on my iPad” rather than the cloud, and I have no delay at all with that. So it is a cloud issue.

Seen this issue posted in many other threads but nobody has been responding to my replies there so I had to post this here.
