Lost some keychain generated 2fa codes when upgrading phones

I upgraded my phone recently and noticed after moving everything over I’d lost some of my keychain accounts 2fa generated codes I was still able to login to these accounts but it was bothersome they somehow got lost or deleted leaving me to re set them back up again, this happened a few weeks ago and I was wondering if apple might’ve fixed this problem or not as it’s incredibly problematic for someone like me.

incase anyone doesn’t know what I’m talking about I’m talking about the hidden iOS 15 feature that adds authentication code generation to the passwords keychain instead of using a third party app to generate codes I only use it cause it syncs between devices but after I lost some of mine I’ve been wondering if I should switch to something else or if they fixed it cause I know I’m not the only one who encountered the problem.
