can't save on MacBook Pro

When I click save as on powerpoint it doesn't open anything up. Try to use shortcut buttons nothing pops up. I want to turn comp off and on but have imp documents don't want to lose my notes on. I really need to save them. I can click save and it says "saved" but Where is it saving to? It doesn't let me put on computer.

Notes Quitting Unexpectedly iMac 27" late 2014, macOS Big Sur 11.7.2. I always keep my system software and apps updated to the latest revision. Notes is version 4.8.1 (1872). Recently, within the last couple of months, any time I have Notes open at the same time as I'm using Safari or Mail, it will always close suddenly after being open for a few minutes. I do have a large number of notes saved, many with photos embedded, but I've been using Notes in this way for quite a long time (years) without any difficulties. My iMac has plenty of RAM (32 GB) and storage is not full (> 50GB available). Each time it displays the problem report and says that it will be sent to Apple immediately when I reopen Notes. Notes is working fine other than this frequent application crash which does not seem to cause any loss of data. I use Malwarebytes to check my system for Malware and have occasionally had it identify and quarantine malware that it finds, but since this problem with Notes has started occurring I've had a few Malwares identified and removed and it has not made a difference. Any suggestions on what may be causing this and what I could do to troubleshoot or repair the problem?

OS Ventura Spotlight show files with finder Icon and don't open its I'm using a new Mac book air M2 with Ventura. I transferred my previous mac book pro. When I search with spotlight i see the file i'm looking for, but it's showed with a finder Icon and i cannot open directly, i must chose search with finder and find it again in all the similar files. Quick Actions not functioning. I have a new MacBook Pro (coming from Windows) and am running MacOS Ventura 13.1. When right clicking on a PAGES or a DOCX > Quick Actions... Customize comes up instead of showing CreatePDF or some of the other functions commonly available. When I Customize, and select DONE, nothing changes. I have contacted AppleChat and Telephone support without getting the results expected. This seems like the intended feature for the Quick Actions (Context menu in Windows). Looking for any advanced users to help get this to work? For those capable of solving this first issue, the second one is: How do I then combine multiple DOCX files into one .PDF using something similar. These tasks are all too easy in Windows. Thanks!

it was a powerpoint that I made notes for already. Is there any way can do it another way. I apologize I see that save as function for email for next time. Why does my save as button not work though?

I really do not know, and was going to suggest you Restart when you get this quieted down, and see if it just fixes itself.

could it be the fact my powerpoint account is connected to my school? I am just worried to restart I had 6 lectures today and cannot afford to lose any of my notes.
