“Dispute” / Report an Issue button NOT in my transaction history.
Hi! So I sent payment to a relative, she doesn’t use Apple Pay anymore. The transaction status is “Completed” - but she’s adamant that she didn’t get the money bc she “deleted Apple Pay” from her phone. 🤦🏼♀️ Anyway… I was going to try to dispute it, but the “dispute” button is NOT on my screen. When I click on the transaction - I can click the info circle at the top…and I can click “send again” but those are mg only two options.
Yes I’m running iOS 15.4. Yes I already did a hard restart on my phone. Also yes I hate calling people on the phone.
