I can’t see my lyrics or every time I press the button at the bottom it won’t show up at all and if I press view full lyrics it won’t work it was working earlier today I don’t know what the problem is

I understand the lyrics aren't showing up on your iPhone in the music app. Have you tried to view the lyrics on another device for that particular song? Are the lyrics showing for any song? Apple says, If nothing happens when you tap Lyrics 
, then either you’re playing a song that's not from the Apple Music catalog, or lyrics aren’t available for that song.
Sometimes just closing the app completely and restarting your device will fix the issue.
