AirPod Pro Case light is always orange

My AirPods Pro case light is always orange, even when 100% charged. The right ear AirPod also only charges to 80%. Is there a reason for this, don’t say charge the AirPod because I already did and you just told someone else that. That’s not a solution or is even remotely helpful.
